GUIN TECHNOLOGY, a company specialized in the production of industrial spare parts based in Castelli Calepio (BG), it was founded in 1973.

It immediately become one of the major supplier of semifinished and finished parts in pure , filled PTFE and in other materials. Now after more then 40 years of experience we have a large range of customers in Italy and all around the world.

It immediately positioned nationally and internationally and today boasts forty years of experience in the PTFE market, with a global marking customer portfolio.

At its production site there is a wide range of machinery for small and large productions; thanks to the professionalism of the staff and the production quality policy, GUIN TECHNOLOGY offers a very wide range of products that are placed in many market sectors such as food, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, aeronautical, electronic and mechanical industry.

    CERTIFIED COMPANY
    GUIN TECHNOLOGY believes in the quality of its products: for this reason it has decided to comply with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001 Certification to guarantee company quality for all its customers. Product quality and customer satisfaction are in fact the foundations of the company mission.

    During the delivery phase of the supply, GUIN issues the UNI EN 10204 2.2 Certificate and, if requested, also the UNI EN 10204 3.1 certificate.
    Skilled staff
    Each phase of the process, from the molding or extrusion of the semi-finished product to the production of the finished product,it is carefully checked by qualified persons and it is recorded on special peripherals with dedicated software, in order to ensure the absolute traceability of the product.
    Quality control
    The products are tested during each phase of production in our laboratory: from the semi-finished product with breaking tests, elongation, hardness, specific weight and more, up to the finished product using an optical projector, 3d machine, profilometer and roughness meter.

    Foundation

    From the initiative of Cav. Luigi Manfredi, Guin Srl was founded in June 1973, a leading company in the sector of industrial gaskets. Since its inception, the company has made a significant impact on the market, becoming competitive nationally and internationally in a short time.

    The highly qualified and specialized production chain takes place at the Telgate headquarters and is distinguished by a wide range of semi-finished products, gaskets and technical items made in all grades of PTFE. The production of PTFE is divided into the molding and extrusion phases, up to the realization of the finished product.

    In 1983 Guin moved his production site from Telgate to Castelli Calepio: the move was dictated by the desire to access a modern and more capacious space that would allow a greater volume of production with the adoption of new extruders, presses for the molding of articles in plastic, lathes and cutters.

    2004 is an important year for Guin, which transforms its corporate identity into GUIN Technology SRL to further strengthen its international recognition as a leading company in the production of PTFE and all its derivatives.

    This entails the need to purchase modern CNC machinery capable of improving production processes and further expanding the production range and customer portfolio.

    The last decade

    GUIN Technology has always welcomed innovations and technological advancement; for this reason, in recent years it has decided to combine the production of PTFE with the production of HIGH TECH materials such as virgin, filled PEEK, PCTFE, PA12G, HDPE, POLIIMMIDE PI, POM.

    These materials are valuable products, of the highest quality and with high technical characteristics.

    In particular, they make it possible to produce products capable of withstanding temperatures ranging between -250°C and +400°C, while maintaining good dimensional stability even in the presence of high mechanical stresses.

    Many of these products are used in the aerospace, petrochemical, food, mechanical and chemical industries.
