Processing stages
As with the molding department, the processing steps are divided into several stages:
rounds and tubes do not require dedicated sintering furnaces, but rather vertical extruders that are controlled with high-efficiency instrumentation.
PTFE, the basic material of our products, is then fed directly into a preheated mold and properly pressed so that the desired artifact is obtained.
Characteristic of our production is complete process management: even the design of the extruders is carried out entirely by our in-house team.
